nuVizz is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who will be part of the Customer Success Organization based in Atlanta, GA. This role will involve working with cutting-edge technology and a diverse set of customers.

 

As part of Customer Success Organization this person will be responsible in supporting issues from customers, help optimize and configure our Mobile applications, guide customers through new feature install and help with product rollouts with key customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers in supporting issues, diagnose problems and help optimize our solutions
  • Handle customer calls/emails if required and help address queries and questions.
  • Work with the Development team on issues or queries from customers that involve Technical oversight
  • Assist teams involved in installing and rolling out our solutions at various customer locations
  • Interact with R&D teams in designing new features and enhance product features
  • Support new product release activities that include testing customer flows

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 to 5 year of experience in Enterprise or Mobile solutions.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for your work
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Analytical skills and technical knowledge
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and willing to take responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Support role or equivalent
  • Exposure to Mobile technology is nice to have
  • Good to a strong understanding of XML, HTML, and Perl

Some exposure to DB including MySQL will be a good value addition
